WS 17: Berührt werden, Genährt werden – Body-Mind Centering®

This workshop proposes to explore the shell that defines and protects people - the skin. The skin is the bridge between a human being and the outer world. Some explorations might be done in Park Babelsberg, a perfect environment for participants to let nature and sensory perceptions carry them. There they can breathe in the outdoors - nature and what it gives them - and breathe out what they no longer need.
