WS 08: Contemporary und Impro First step into contemporary dance

This workshop focuses on body awareness and the connection between body and mind. In tandem with music and with their own musicality, the participants improve their improvisation skills, strength, coordination, quality of movement, and active-intentional concentration. The course lead to a little exploration of the world of acrobatics and learning dance phrases.
