WS 06: Gaga in the Evening

Gaga offers a framework for all movers to connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, exercise their agility and explosive power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement. In the class, participants are guided by a series of evocative instructions intended to increase awareness of and further amplify sensation.
